31 August 2010 The appeal team representing Dutch Customs have determined that they are not prepared to contest a tribunal with regard to valuation claims that The Customs Consultancy has submitted. As a result of the case being conceded, our client will be able to immediately recover in excess of €1,650,000.00 and further claims in excess of €1,200,000.00 are expected to be agreed.
